Shipping:

Expect your package to be shipped 1-4 business days after payment depending on my workload. I will get in touch with you if the processing time exceeds these limits, but this is rare.

Returns:

For hygienic purposes I do not accept returns. However, you will be reimbursed if your order is damaged in transit or if your product doesn't meet your expectations. Please contact me at hello@grungegoddesssoapworks.com if you have an issue with your order.
